Refund Policy

This policy covers The Used Car Buying Course, once it's available. Free accounts, guides, the calculator, the inspection checklist and the newsletter cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
If the course doesn't help, email hello@thenickelstretcher.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought it with, and we'll refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason. Course access ends when the refund is issued.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
